How long is the processing time ?
Processing time is the amount of time needed in order to properly prepare your order. Please allow 7 business days to process your order, this does not include the amount of time it will take USPS to ship your order. Please note that business days do not include weekends and holidays.

WASH YOUR HANDS BEFORE AND AFTER PLAYING WITH SLIME. WHEN NOT IN USE, KEEP YOUR SLIME IN AN AIRTIGHT CONTAINER OR IT WILL DRY OUT. SLIME DOES NOT LAST FOREVER.

DO NOT EAT THE SLIME. DO NOT EAT/CONSUME/INJEST ANYTHING YOU PURCHASE FROM FRESHSLIMES.COM. PLEASE KEEP ALL FRESHSLIMES.COM PRODUCTS AWAY FROM SMALL CHILDREN, PETS, CLOTHING, AND FURNITURE.
ADULT SUPERVISION NEEDED WHEN CHILDREN ARE PLAYING WITH SLIME TO ENSURE THAT NO SLIME IS BEING CONSUMED.
DO NOT PURCHASE ANY OF FRESHSLIMES.COM'S PRODUCTS IF YOU ARE, OR BELIEVE THAT YOU ARE ALLERGIC TO GLUE (clear, school glue, glue-all), BORAX, FRAGRANCE OIL, FOOD COLORING, ARTIFICIAL SNOW, INSTANT SNOW, ACRYLIC PAINT, AND LOTION.
Fresh Slimes is NOT responsible for any allergic reactions as ingredients and warning is stated and advised. Do not purchase our products if you think you are at risk of an allergic reaction to the ingredients.
Shipping Info:
Once your order is placed, please allow 4-6 days for your order to be processed for shipping. While we do try to fulfill your order as fast as possible, there are other external factors that can delay this process. The USPS site quotes delivery times but they are not guaranteed.
U.S. Customers, please allow 6-15 business days for your slime to arrive. To International Customers, please allow up to 2 months for your order to arrive. USPS requires more time to ship International orders as it must pass through customs. For international orders, please note that you are also responsible for any tax that might be imposed when you receive your package.
We are not responsible for lost packages due to errors/incorrect addresses and will not be able to provide any refunds.
If you notice that you have put the wrong address, please notify us at officialfreshslimeshelp@gmail.com ASAP. However, if we have already printed out the label and shipped out the order, it is out of our hands at that point.
Returns:
Please note that your slime may change its consistency over time and as you use it. Also, if your slime is a multi-colored slime, it may arrive mixed during transit. Please note that before purchasing as if it were to mix, we would not be able to accept that as a return. Due to the nature of the products, we cannot accept any returns. PLEASE make sure that you are 18 or older when purchasing or have approval from the a parent or guardian when using someone else's banking information. We will not be able to issue a refund if slimes were purchased but did not have approval.
Refunds & Cancellations:
All sales are final. We do not accept refunds or cancellations. Please message us at officialfreshslimeshelp@gmail.com if there is something wrong with your order. It is normal for your slime to melt or stiffen up, please review the slime care card provided or the slime care page on our website to rectify the issue. If you order is lost or stolen, please contact your local USPS facility on how they can help find your package as it is out of our hands and in the hands of USPS.
Please note that slime textures and the scents we use are subjective, and are not a valid reason for a refund.
Chargebacks will result in an immediate ban from our shop, and we will submit evidence for the case.
